Advanzia Bank S.A., one of Europe’s leading digital banks in the credit card business, has successfully launched a customer lifecycle management platform together with Acceleraid.ai. In just three months, the solution was integrated into the existing systems – with immediately measurable business success.
From anonymized transaction data to automated customer relationships
Daily, Acceleraid.ai receives all fully anonymized credit card transactions from Advanzia Bank S.A. These are evaluated by AI models, enriched and transferred into marketing-friendly categories – creating practical insights that marketing, sales and service can use immediately.
A decisive step forward: The Customer Lifecycle Team can now set up and manage automated campaigns independently. Previously, it was more dependent on support from other departments – for example, in target group selection. With Acceleraid.ai, teams now have direct access to the relevant data, can flexibly define target groups and implement campaigns in real time.
Acceleraid.ai combines many years of experience in the credit card sector with state-of-the-art technology and makes anonymized data a real driver for marketing, sales and service:
- Individual Next Best Action recommendations appear directly in the CRM of the service employees.
- All campaign contacts (e-mail, SMS, letter, and in the future also call centres) are seamlessly visible in the CRM.
- Customer incentives can be triggered and booked directly.
First campaigns with strong uplift
For the go-live, the first new customer activation campaigns, churn prevention and upselling campaigns were launched. The results clearly highlight the impact:
- Significant increase in campaign performance of over 100 % in some cases compared to the control group without address.
- Increased card usage in the first three months of the customer relationship, through automated and intelligent activation campaigns.
- Demonstrable influence on sales development and increase in customer interaction.
