We live and work together in the heart of Mannheim and Berlin. With currently around 20 employees, we are a heterogeneous team of different characters who work towards common goals in order to further develop the company.
Our career paths are not always straightforward. We give everyone the opportunity to develop according to their own interests and strengths. That's why we welcome not only experienced professionals, but also interns, working students and trainees.
My job as part of the media team enables me to take on greater responsibility and handle exciting and challenging tasks. There’s a lot to learn and so much to try out. Most importantly, there is not the one way to do things correctly, but rather a variety of possible approaches. This enables me to develop my potential and support my team in my very own way.
