You can configure all KPIs yourself and see how they behaved on average before the campaign and how they behaved after 1,3 or six months. Since all users receive the campaigns at a different time, the shipping method is always used individually to calculate the averages before and after the campaign.

Conversion rate calculation also for control group
Normally, customers in the control group never receive any communication and thus no conversion rate can be calculated. In addition, these customers can never open an email or make a click in an email. Acceleraid now calculates for these users who would have received a campaign and shows the actual conversion rate, provided that a goal is set in the campaign, which is not reported back by the marketing channel, but is, for example, directly in your data (customer should make transactions in a certain category - this information is always available). You can now compare the performance of your campaigns with that of an equivalent control group at any time.
