Campaign Impact Report
The new Campaign Impact Report provides a KPI-based overview of how your campaigns affect your customers. You can configure all KPIs yourself and see how they behaved on average before the campaign and how they behaved after 1, 3 or 6 months. Since all users receive the campaigns at different times, it accounts for the delivery method for each customer to calculate the averages before and after the campaign.

RFM Segmentation
RFM - Recency, Frequency, Monetary We implement a standardized segmentation that always divides all your customers into the same 10 segments. The segmentation is based on the three mentioned criteria and calculates, for example, a recency value per customer, indicating how long it has been since their last purchase or transaction. The segments are updated daily, giving you a precise overview of your entire customer base at any time. This allows you to, for instance, immediately target new champions with campaigns.

Conversion rate calculation for control group
Normally, customers in the control group never receive any communication, and thus no conversion rate can be calculated. In addition, these customers can never open an email or click a link in an email. Acceleraid calculations now account for users who would have received a campaign and show the actual conversion rate as long as a goal is set in the campaign. These conversions are not reported by the marketing channel, but, for example, appear in your data (customers should make transactions in a certain category – this information is always available). You can now compare the performance of your campaigns with that of an equivalent control group at any time.
